Guided Fishing Excursions
Schedule your guided excursion with Angry Walleye at Sunset Lodge today! We offer competitive daily rates of $600 for 1 or 2 people, plus an additional $50 per person, up to 8 total people. There is a $100 deposit required at time of scheduling, with full payment completed on excursion day. Want a guided salmon excursion? Please specify at the time of booking.
All excursions begin at 7:00am at 28181 182nd Street, Pierre, SD 57501. Times can be altered either by weather or by prior communication with the Captains to accommodate your group. Each person in your party must fill out the mandatory consent form and email it to us prior to your excursion.

Whether you’re up for casting a line, beach-hopping, tubing, or cruising along the scenic shoreline, we’ll customize the experience to match your perfect day.
Ideal for bachelor or bachelorette parties, family gatherings, team outings, or just a day of stress-free fun with friends. Each private excursion accommodates up to 8 people, with the option to add a delicious beachside BBQ for an extra touch.

Don't Look Further!
Folks, if you want to fish Lake Oahe, you do not need look any farther than the Angry Walleye Guide Service! My husband (Dave), dogs and I got to experience their top notch customer service this last weekend. We were lucky enough to get hooked up with them through Dave’s work contacts (thank you Leroy!!) and thank goodness we were. Sunday was RIDICULOUSLY windy with rollers we would not have braved without Chris, our Captain that day. After working hard to get us on fish the wind just wasn’t cooperating so he opted to get us into some calmer water and put us on the fish!! BTW – we were able to stay nice and dry in the cabin of their fabulous boat! If the chance arises to head back out there we will definitely be booking with Chris and Shane again. Seriously people, book your trip now, it will be a trip you won’t soon forget!!
